We’ve done something bold: we gamified podcasting, y’all!
While there are plenty of conversational card games out there, none do what we do. Inspired by the world of podcasts, In Podcast Mode invites players into rich, reflective, hilarious, and necessary conversations through themes that speak directly to who we are and how we move in the world—like money, self-care, pop culture, love, work culture, and more.

🎙️ What Is In Podcast Mode?

At its core, it’s a conversation card game designed to deepen social connection—built for friends, families, coworkers, and communities who crave real talk.

Each of the 120 prompt cards draws from the most compelling parts of podcast culture and comes to life through our 3 unique game modes:

  • Mic Drop (quick-fire questions),

  • On Air (long-form storytelling), and

  • Role Play (step into a persona and respond in character).

This isn’t just a game—it’s a platform for self-expression, discovery, and meaningful moments.

📦 What’s Up With the Delay?

You may be wondering: “When can I get my hands on the game?”

That’s real—and here’s why we’re moving strategically.

Recent tariff increases and political challenges on imported games have created unexpected challenges in manufacturing costs. While things seem settled now,  we’re using this moment to pause and pivot. Rather than rush, we’re dreaming of the following:

  • Explore U.S.-based manufacturing for long-term sustainability,

  • Build new digital activations and curriculum-based offerings for schools and organizations.

  • Launch a Kickstarter campaign in Sept. to help fund production and pre-orders, and

  • Keep YOU in the loop every step of the way.

Where We're Headed

This game is just the beginning. In Podcast Mode is becoming:

  • A tool for social connection labs across schools, workplaces, and community hubs,

  • A wellness brand that centers reflection, connectivity, and intertwined conversations,

  • A product that brings people together through intentional conversation.

We’ve been testing with educators, creatives, game lovers, and social impact leaders—and the feedback? Phenomenal.
